The customer at this new build at Longford Farm in Wellington wanted a low maintenance garden with no lawn.
Bishops Lydeard
This garden in Bishop’s Lydeard was overgrown and unloved. The new owner of the property wanted a new, easy to maintain garden.
We came up with a design idea which incorporated the elements that the customer asked for. We then met with the customer several times to fine-tune the design and to make sure we were going to create her dream garden.
We incorporated a new lawn, large patio and path, gravel area, planting and cascading water feature.

The garden had been neglected by tenants and they wanted to clear everything and create a completely new and beautiful but easy to maintain garden.
There is no lawn but plenty of growing space which is easy to maintain. We even added a Douglas Fir pergola and a stunning water feature, all in a very small space.
The couple were unsure what was possible as access was very difficult; we like a challenge.
